ABOUT TRACKMYSHIPMENTS

I've always liked the online tracking services, but they all suffer from an issue which we set out to solve - you have to Cut&Paste the tracking numbers into the Fedex, UPS or other website and then keep on doing it to get the latest news about your shipments.

So - our site lets you simply forward all your 'We have shipped your order' emails to a central email address on our server (track@trackmyshipments.com) and we do the rest.

The TrackMyShipments' algorithm extracts the shipper (eg Fedex) and tracking number automatically from the email without you having to do anything else.

After that you start to get email updates about where the package is, its status, its estimated arrival date etc. You never have to worry again about the status of your shipment.

We believe that great customer service is pro-active.

If you have an impatient customer or a shipment is delayed or goes missing (or is perhaps just delivered successfully to the customer's shy neighbor), then your customer is forced to find out what happened.

Your customer is forced to search through their emails,
cut & paste the original tracking number into the shipping company's website and track their shipment. Even if you include a link in your shipping emails which does this automatically, the customer still has to find that original email.
